As versatile as it is classic, our peppercorn cream sauce is prepared with shallots, cream, black & green peppercorns, veal Demi-glace and you, guessed it, glugs and glugs of cognac. (The real stuff!)
A natural for steak au poivre, but just as good with chicken, veal, and even a tuna steak (seriously, try it).
The boyfriend burger! Grab one of our Martin's sesame rolls, schmear with good butter and toast. Cook a ground beef burger patty to your liking (smash burgers work really well here), and warm the peppercorn sauce separately, then assemble! Bun + burger +a couple tablespoons of sauce + bun = done! Could throw a little grated gruyère in there too, delicious! ...but not necessary!
