Ohhhh we love a parsnip. So creamy, nutty, peppery, with just a smidge of sweet licorice flavor. Ours stews in our vegetarian stock with leek and onion and a touch of mace, blitzed and blended and finished with roasted pink lady apple and a corriander and caraway crème fraîche.
