A blue fish (mackerel) pâté at a picnic under the blue sky could certainly make for a nice way to welcome Fall. Mackerel pâté with red pepper, white beans and basil, pepperoncino.
Recipe for 4 to 6 adults
Drain 1 tin of white beans, rinse and simmer them in 100 ml of chicken soup. Pour into a dish with two chopped red chillies (pepperoncino), 50g fresh basil and 20g olive oil. Serve with the pâté (2 tins).
