This Pecorino comes from steep hillside vineyards near the Adriatic coast in Abruzzo. Poggio Anima is a collaboration between Montalcino winemaker Riccardo Campinoti and importer Ronnie Sanders, created to showcase distinctive native Italian grapes from exceptional vineyard sites. Made from 100% Pecorino, a once-forgotten variety now enjoying a well-deserved revival, Gabriel offers notes of white peach, orange blossom, lemongrass, and lemon zest, carried by bright acidity and a distinctly maritime freshness.
