Bright green-tinged deep straw colour. Very ripe aromas of mint leaf, chamomile, and green melon. It opens with a burst of zesty fresh acidity folllowed by notes of candied citrus, spice, and tart Granny Smith. The finish is long and brisk and really quenching.
