100% Grillo from organically farmed vineyards in Marsala, on Sicily’s western coast. The 25-year-old vines grow at roughly 150 meters on chalky, medium-textured soils and are harvested by hand. The wine is fermented cool and aged for about four months in stainless steel. Bright and savory, with yellow peach, white melon and citrus alongside notes of white pepper, sage and orange blossom, finishing with the fresh acidity and salinity that Grillo does so well.
