Made by fourth-generation pasta maker Rustichella d'Abruzzo in Italy, this organic, gluten-free fusilli contains only green pea flour and water. Naturally green in color, with a mild, sweet pea flavor and the protein and fiber of legumes. The rough, porous spirals capture sauces well and retain a firm texture when cooked for 5–6 minutes. Produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
