Made in Villena, a small town near Spain's Mediterranean coast, these exceptional potato chips come from El Valle, a Spanish snack maker with more than 20 years of experience. Selected potatoes are sliced thin, fried in sunflower oil until wonderfully crisp, and seasoned with natural black truffle flavor. The result is an intensely crunchy chip with the deep, earthy aroma of truffles, a delicate savory character and just the right amount of salt. Part of chef José Andrés' collection of Spanish pantry specialties, they're a deliciously indulgent addition to an aperitivo spread.
