100% Pinot Noir from Wiston’s original vineyard on the chalky South Downs of West Sussex. Hand-harvested in the exceptionally ripe 2018 vintage, whole-bunch pressed, fermented in older French oak and aged for five years on the lees. Baked pear and greengage meet buttery croissant, toasted almond and a little vanilla, with fine bubbles, bright acidity and a long, chalky finish. A seriously accomplished English sparkling wine.
