New to the line-up, a Walla Walla sweet onion dip; think about that good old caramelized onion dip you know and love, swap out those onions for the bright sweet bulbs coming in off our Walla Walla fields, roasted just a touch to bring out their za-za-zing. Then we add a lil' of this (cream cheese, crème fraiche) and a lil' of that (Worcestershire & black pepper) to make for a dip worthy of chips, ready for sandwiches, and great with cruditées.
