100% Chardonnay from Montagny, the southernmost white-wine appellation of Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise. Grown on clay-limestone soils and aged entirely in stainless steel, so there’s no oak getting between you and the fruit. White peach and citrus with a little hazelnut and spice, plenty of freshness and a surprisingly generous texture.
