Traditional Spanish olive oil tortas from Seville, with roots tracing back to the Moorish influence in Andalucía. Made with extra virgin olive oil, anise and a scattering of sugar crystals, they’re thin, crisp, flaky and just lightly sweet. Each torta is formed by hand by a family of five sisters and individually wrapped. Delicious with soft, mild cheeses or simply alongside a cup of coffee.
