Tissot is one of the top producers in the Jura region of France in the foothills of the Alps. This bubbly is made from 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Trousseau, and 20% Poulsard, with brisk dry flavours of tangerine and strawberries. Finishing on a stony note, it shows very good clarity and length, with a subtly floral aftertaste.
