Pale straw colour. Germanic aromas of peach, pineapple, papaya, ginger and lemon verbena. Very fresh and moderately concentrated in the mouth, with a strong fruit character and lovely inner-palate perfume. Closes silky with a classically dry finish and a whiplash of orchard fruit. Technically high acidity really extends the surprisingly tropical flavours on the back. This is really impressive and remarkably fun to drink.
