From Roberto Snidarcig’s small Tiare estate in Dolegna del Collio, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from the hills of Friuli near the Slovenian border. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it’s intensely aromatic yet fresh, with citrus, elderflower, sage, peach and lychee, balanced by bright acidity and a long, savory finish. Snidarcig is particularly known for Sauvignon, with his 2013 vintage named the world’s best at the Concours Mondial du Sauvignon.
