Classic French sauce turned soup! With a base of tomato, white wine, crab stock and aromatics such as thyme, fennel, garlic and tarragon this soup is full of Dungeness crab meat, button mushrooms and Yukon Gold Potato. Finished with cognac, cream and chives.
