Sweet Corn and Mussel Chowder

First of the season local sweet corn meets those salty and succulent mussels from Penn Cove Shellfish. Prepared in our seafood broth infused with thyme, chili, celery, and white wine, and then loaded with bacon, Red Norland potato, sweet corn and fennel. Finished with a sprinkle of chive and a dash of cream.
