Large sardines from the Atlantic, packed 3–5 per tin, selected for uniform size and quality in Espinaler’s Classic Line. Each fish is cleaned, lightly cooked, and hand-packed in olive oil using traditional methods. The larger format yields thicker fillets with a firm, structured texture. Preserved simply with oil and salt to maintain the integrity of the fish.
