'Sous le Tilleul' translates as 'Under the Linden Tree'. Hazy pale red-purple in color. Bouquet of lively violet and black pepper. In the mouth, it’s lively, almost effervescent on the palate, but with backing tannins. Lots of black pepper and crushed stone, but with blackberry lingering in the background. A huge step away from "same old, same old".
