Made from the Bobal and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes Dark ruby in the glass, this wine has a nose of black currant, dried thyme and lavender. Bright on entry, it offers flavors of pomegranate, cranberry, fresh sage and black olive. Glossy tannins slowly build in volume and fade to reveal a finish marked with orange zest and cocoa powder.
