Made in Hiroshima Prefecture by Sennari Vinegar Brewery, this organic ketchup combines ripe tomatoes, organically grown onions and garlic, apple cider vinegar and the brewery's traditionally fermented rice vinegar. Sennari uses local water to brew its vinegar naturally, followed by an extended aging period that develops a mellow acidity and savory depth. The finished ketchup has a pronounced tomato flavor, natural sweetness and a balanced, gently tart finish.
