One of Rancho Gordo's most popular beans, Ojo de Cabra (Eye of the Goat), has been a problematic crop. They think they've figured things out, and will be offering them again in the future, but in the meantime found some Italian seed stock, and it did pretty well! Grown on the West Coast, it's very similar to Ojo de Cabra but not exactly the same so they're calling this one Occhio della Capra. Still thin-skinned, rich, and hearty, this is a winner.
