From the villages of Oisly and Thésée in Touraine, where Sauvignon Blanc has long been a specialty. The local growers’ cooperative has been making wine here since 1961 and was an early adopter of temperature-controlled winemaking in the Loire. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, cold macerated and aged on fine lees in stainless steel. Bright and brisk, with citrus, white flowers and a little flinty edge. Fresh, uncomplicated and very Loire, at a particularly friendly price.
