Vermouth is fortified wine flavoured with herbal infusion. The name vermouth comes from the German word 'vermuth', which is German for wormwood. However, wormwood is usually no longer used in making vermouth. Noilly Prat Rouge is infused with sweet orange, cinnamon, cinchona bark, cloves, and cocoa beans.
