Vermouth is fortified wine flavoured with herbal infusion. The name vermouth comes from the German word 'vermuth', which is German for wormwood. However, wormwood usually no longer used in making vermouth. Noilly Prat Extra Dry is infused with chamomile, coriander, and bitter orange.
