Iced coffee season is upon us, and this Greek Nescafe is delicious! If you’ve spent any time in Greece, chances are you’ve had this 'frappe', served in virtually every café, this delicious drink is made with none other than instant coffee. There is something special that happens when blending Nescafe Frappé Instant Coffee with cold water; it produces a thicker and foamier froth than with an espresso or American brewed coffee.
To prepare, mix instant coffee with cold water, a few cubes of ice and your sweetener of choice, in a closed lid jar – and shake until you see lots of foam! Pour into a glass over ice and add milk, if desired.
