From Mutti, the Parma tomato producer founded in 1899, these Pelati are made from 100% Italian tomatoes harvested at peak ripeness. The whole tomatoes are gently steam-peeled, packed in a smooth tomato purée and processed within 24 hours of harvest. Firm, fleshy and naturally sweet, with nothing added beyond tomatoes and tomato juice.
