Mousse is one of a very few Marne Valley producers to really emphasize Pinot Meunier in their wines. The l'Esquisse is 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir. All stainless steel and malolactic fermentation produces a wine gushing with red fruits and brimming with energy from the zero dosage.
