A premium nigori sake from Kamoizumi in Saijo, Hiroshima, one of Japan’s great sake-brewing regions. Made from Hiroshima Yamadanishiki and Nakate Shinsenbon rice, with some of the fine rice solids left in the bottle to give it its snowy appearance and silky, creamy texture. Mildly sweet but surprisingly robust, with fresh rice flavor, lively acidity and a substantial 18% alcohol. Keep refrigerated, gently mix before serving, and serve chilled.
