Jose Michel has long been a proponent of the Pinot Meunier grape, and one of the first to do 100% Pinot Meunier bottlings. This bottling is 70% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay. Nothing milk-toast here, this is full flavoured, nervy and dry. Perfect for starting a meal, where you and your sweetie each have a glass of champagne, and the rest with your dinner.
