With reimagined packaging, each box contains delicate slices of candied orange, hand dipped in Pump Street's rich, dark Jamaica 76% chocolate. The cocoa beans are from Tulloch Estate in St. Catherine, Jamaica which is a small family run farm by Roger Turner. Roger plants cocoa trees and ferments his cocoa using a unique process developed with Pump Street, using sourdough to kick-start the fermentation process.
