Sometimes referred to as the PInot Noir of Sicily, the Nero d'Avola grape makes a bright fruity wine. This wine shows ripe black cherry and plum with a bit of spiciness and smoke. Versatile and easy going, this is an uncomplicated but interesting wine for dinner or before.
