Handcrafted in Devon from goat's milk, Harbourne Blue is a lightly veined English blue cheese with a crumbly texture and surprisingly delicate character. Fresh, floral, and gently tangy, it offers notes of sweet cream and meadow herbs alongside a restrained blue bite. An excellent addition to a summer cheese board, especially alongside stone fruit, honey, or a glass of Riesling.
