These delicious turnips grown locally here in Walla Walla are surprisingly delicate with a crunchy texture that accounts for their popularity. Delicious raw, try shaving them into salads or slaws, they are equally delicious roasted or glazed. We love ours sautéed with a little whole caraway seed, fresh dill and butter.
