These are such special little friends. Reminds of us those fruity flavorful peppers from the Caribbean.
Red and/or orange habanada peppers--these thin-walled peppers are bred to have all the fruity sweetness of a habanero and only a little bit of the heat--some none at all, but everyone once in a while with a light kick! Great for making sauce, mincing thin for salad pop, or adding to your salsa.
