From Saint-Pourçain, an obscure Loire wine region that is more well known for the oak grown there for wine barrels. This sparkler is a Blanc de Noirs that is 100% Gamay. Disgorged after 15 months on the lees, it is bottled dry with zero dosage. This wine is the only methode traditionelle Blanc de Noirs produced in Saint-Pourçain.
