From the Grand cru village of Aÿ, known for it's fantastic Pinot Noir comes a wine that is 100% Chardonnay. Unusual, and full of character and individuality, the wine sports more body and fruit than the racy Chardonnay's for the Cote de Blancs. Lemon confit, spice, tangerine, and apricot are all found in the complex flavours of this great champagne.
