A traditional Alsatian field blend from the limestone slopes of the Bollenberg. Seven grape varieties are fermented together to produce a dry white with citrus, orchard fruit, floral notes, and a clean mineral finish. Fresh, textured, and distinctly expressive of southern Alsace.
