Inspired by Asian fusion cuisine, Jcoco roasts the edamame like a peanut to give it a nice crunch, adds a dash of sea salt and drops it into their creamy, rich 47% Peruvian chocolate. The result is a perfect balance of sweet and savory tasting notes with a nutty texture. The cacao origin is Rupa-Rupa, Upper Amazon region of Peru.
