100% Chardonnay from a tiny 0.34-hectare parcel of 51-year-old vines on the right bank of the Serein, just down the hill from the Chablis Grand Crus. Classic Kimmeridgian limestone and clay marl soils, with the 2023 vinified and aged in oak. Fresh citrus and white flowers give way to white peach and a round, generous texture, all kept bright by that unmistakable Chablis acidity and a long, savory finish. A beautifully serious Premier Cru.
