Made from Chardonnay grown near Auxerre, a city near Chablis. Like Chablis, this wine is made from Chardonnay grown in Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Showing an elegant mousse with flowery notes and almond hints. In the mouth it stands out with a long and fresh finish, with remarkable structure and notes of lemon and grapefruit.
