This is the top of the line from Jacky Blot at Taille Aux Loups. It is named Triple Zero because the wine has zero chapitlization, zero liqueur de tirage, and zero dosage. Not as fizzy as some sparklers. Lovely notes of lemon and pineapple, with a long creamy finish.
