Chardonnay from vineyards around the city of Nantes, where Muscadet is the primary wine. Aromas of green and red apples, pineapple and dried citrus with a crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a green pineapple, limestone and lemon accented finish. Lees stirring adds some body and creaminess to round out the flavour profile. Best served with shell-fish, seafood, white meats, or as an aperitif.
