The Côtes du Jura Tradition from Coubet is a blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Savagnin and was aged under veil of yeast for 18 to 24 months. It gives only a small taste of nuts and spices. It's spicy and tasty, and finishes with a typical salty twist.
