It's been a long time coming, but the Q finally did it! Since they served their first salad at the café, they've received incredible feedback and calls to bottle the Apricot Dijonnaise that chef/owner Emry's brother created. Chef Jeff Davis (the bro in question) came to Washington to help open the Q after working as a chef in Philly for over 30 years. He shared this culinary gem with Emry & Sandy, which has been a huge hit ever since. It's hard to believe that a salad dressing would get so much attention, but there's a reason!
