From the Boissonneau family’s estate in Entre-Deux-Mers, this organically farmed white Bordeaux blends 35% Sémillon, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Muscadelle. The grapes are vinified separately at cool temperatures in stainless steel, with skin contact for the Sauvignons and Muscadelle, then aged in tank to preserve freshness. Bright and aromatic, with lime, grapefruit, crisp apple and white peach, a little floral lift and a clean, mineral finish.
