The Chateau Pierbone Haut Medoc is 68% Cabernet Sauvignon and 32% Merlot. The 2016 vintage was excellent in Bordeaux and this wine has all the lovely nuances of good claret. Notes of cedar and saddle leather compliment the black currant notes of the fruit flavours. Fantastic Value.
