From the Anjou region of France's Loire Valley, this traditional-method sparkling wine combines Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, bringing together the bright acidity of the former with the roundness of the latter. Aged on its lees in bottle, it offers fine bubbles, notes of pear, ripe orchard fruit and citrus, and a fresh, lively finish. A lovely Loire alternative to Champagne, with plenty of character and finesse.
