This Varmentino comes from Sarrabus, the sunny, windswept southeastern corner of Sardinia, where Cantina Castiadas has been a growers’ cooperative since 1959. Praidis is actually the ancient name for the area that became the town of Castiadas. Made from 100% Vermentino, hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel to keep things bright and fresh.
