From that little bit of Spain on the Atlantic north of Portugal where the albarino grape is king. Pithy and astringent with notes of pear skin and quinine. Climate in 2021 was cool giving the wine extra energy. Great for shellfish and other seafood in a citrus preparation. Lovely also as an aperitif.
