We know you can and do make it, but everyone needs a break sometimes. Ours is made with (oodles) of Welcome Table Farm Basil, garlic, toasted pine nuts galore, and a delightful 24 month Parmigiano Reggiano, blended together with olive oil of course.
We make it, then immediately freeze it, to maintain it's freshness. Pop it out whenever you need a fix.
